Founder, VoicePetition.com

Wayne Rothman is an entrepreneur and longtime advocate for practical civic engagement. More than a decade ago, he conceived the idea of a “reverse robocall” — a way for citizens to deliver their own voices to lawmakers instead of receiving automated political messaging.

At the time, the technology and economics required to make the idea viable did not exist. As digital activism evolved — and as conservative voters grew increasingly frustrated with ignored emails and symbolic online petitions — the need for a more effective approach became clear.

Rothman founded VoicePetition.com to fill that gap. The platform enables sponsors to create clear issue messages, while supporters add their real voices by saying their names and intentionally initiating calls to lawmakers’ district offices.

He has spent most of his career building technology-driven businesses focused on efficiency, scale, and reducing friction between intention and real-world action.

“Giving conservatives and grassroots Americans a louder voice in advocacy by enabling verified constituents to deliver real-voice messages directly to their elected officials.”
