Wayne Rothman is the founder and CEO of Voice Petition LLC. A U.S. Army veteran and recipient of the Army Commendation Medal, Wayne brings more than 25 years of experience as a CPA, consultant, and entrepreneur. His background in service, business, and technology helped shape Voice Petition’s mission of making civic participation more direct, personal, and effective.
Bryan Carr

Bryan is an accomplished business development executive specializing in new venture marketing across medical, technology, and consumer industries.
He is a partner and leads business development at VoicePetition, helping expand strategic partnerships and organizational growth.
As a founding investor member in Cleveland device maker Thermedx, Bryan directed downstream marketing initiatives through commercialization, culminating in the company’s $100 million acquisition by Stryker Corporation in 2021.
Based in Shaker Heights, Ohio, he maintains active interests in startups, conservative causes, and fitness.
